Lobster Springs has started going cold . . . as expected around this time of year as the snow finally melts. The springs is still slightly hotter than body temp (Bear Den, the other spring decidedly warmer). Expect the spring

We've talked it over and have come to the conclusion that the worst of the vandalism has abated so, therefore, we are going to allow access to the hot springs on a permission-based reservation system . . . meaning, read the Conditions of Access in the sidebar and then ask for permission. Vandalism update
On Wednesday January 6th a friend of mine and myself went to check on the state of the hot springs (my visits are always random). When I arrived at the gate, not intending to open and drive up I once again found the lock had been cut from the gate. Not much of a surprise as this happens more often than I care to admit. I do believe that the gates lock continually is removed by the same group
